In today’s society many men and women are faced with divorce. No wonder that one can find many websites, books and eBooks who give divorce advice for men and women. In some situations the divorce mediation goes smoothly without involving major issues. Unfortunately however, in the majority of situations the divorce process brings with it many different problems. If you are a man faced with divorce, you usually have much more to worry than if you are a woman. One of the problems in divorce proceedings is that men divorce rights are inferior to woman divorce rights and that women are treated differently then men are. In fact it is no wonder that the majority of child custody conflicts end up if favour of the wife and not the husband. It is also not the first time that the husband loses his house as a result of divorce whilst being forced to fork out much of his pay for the upbringing of his kids.
Is the above fair? Is the law really fair with everyone? I would assume that some men really deserve to lose their house and kids as a result of divorce. If you are a man who cheated his wife, if you drink regularly and are rarely sober, if you spend half of your pay on slot machines and casinos, or if you are always hanging our with friends whilst forgetting about your wife and kids, then you probably deserve to lose the divorce war. However if you never did anything wrong, then you probably do not deserve to be treated this way. Why the law does not treat men and women equally in such situations and why the grounds for divorce usually lean towards the woman is beyond me.
Some husbands have to pay too much child support, more than what they can really afford. It is not the fist time that a wife can spend some or most of the child support money on herself by buying things for her or doing beauty treatments using the money of her ex husband.
